I received the product but the colour seems different. What can I do?
While we make every effort to ensure that the colour that appears on our website matches that of the physical product, there may be times when slight differences are unavoidable.
Do you have a catalogue?
No. We put new items on our website almost every day. If we have a catalogue printed it would be out of date very soon. Many of our customers download our web site and print it on their color printer, or they make their own catalogue.
Do you substitute if an item I've ordered is out-of-stock?
No, we do not do substitutions. If we run out of an item you will not be sent a substitute item nor charged for the out-of-stock item. The invoice will be amended to show the item as Sold Out and we will refund you the equivalent amount. In cases where the total amount falls below the Free Delivery limit etc, we will write to you for further instructions. However, this rarely happens as we are using real-time inventory system.
What do you mean by No GST?
In Singapore GST means "Goods and Services Tax" which is similar to VAT or Sales Tax etc. Thus, "No GST" means we absorb the GST payable. However, it is your duty to check for your respective country's tax policies for on-line purchases.

What is your return and cancellation policy?
All our gowns are Made to Order (MTO) thus we do not accept cancellation or return. We only accept Return due to the following reasons: 1. Wrong item, wrong size, wrong color. Please send your item back to us only after you have contacted us and obtained a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please click here.
